The name change consolidates the path of the company, that keeps pursuing its objectives and investing in its values under the renewed aegis of Ariston Group. “Group” thus reflects the international reach of the company, its human component, the cohesion of its people, brands and activities. The second element, Group, emphasizes the central role of all the brands the Group has acquired over its long history, brands and organizations that over time have enriched the company’s offerings and its global presence. In this way the company wants to further reaffirm its solid foundations, strengthening its identity and remaining faithful to its heritage. Since its introduction, it is synonym of change, innovation and sustainability. The new name is short, agile and concrete and aims at better reflecting the essence of the Group, focusing on two key elements.Īriston is the historical brand that draws its origins from the name of the founder Aristide Merloni and the concept of “best” in ancient Greek. Founded in 1967 by Kevin’s father Malcolm Dennison, NTI has gone through an evolution, and over the last several years has experienced unprecedented growth due to advanced products and superior customer support.Dubai: Ariston Thermo Group, the Italian company and international leader in the production and sales of renewable and high efficiency solutions for hot water and space heating for domestic and commercial needs, announces it will change its name to Ariston Group starting from 1 st October 2021.Īfter more than 12 years since the introduction of the name Ariston Thermo Group, the company has decided to evolve further with a small, yet significant, change. It has two manufacturing facilities in New Brunswick and training facilities in Burnaby, BC, Foxboro, MA, and San Jose, CA. The company manufactures and sells high‐efficiency heating equipment throughout North America. Headquartered in New Brunswick, NTI (NY thermal Inc.) was formally known as New Yorker Boiler Company. I can assure our customers that all our management and ownership are all remaining in place, and we will continue to offer world‐class service and support.” Ariston will bring world‐class manufacturing technologies and significant purchasing power to propel NTI into the future. Ariston and NTI share a similar family‐run philosophy and history, and it is my belief that we have the perfect partnership to capture the North American marketplace. “We are very proud that Ariston has seen our vision and wishes to partner with us. “We are very excited with the new opportunity to advance our brand to be the top provider of condensing boilers and high‐efficiency equipment in North America,” said NTI president and CEO Kevin Dennison. All this being consistent with our strategic prospects of increasingly becoming leading players in the field of high‐efficiency solutions and renewable energy systems,” added Merloni. “The expertise and the positioning of NTI – as well as the quality of its management and of its people – make the company a true benchmark for the market in Canada and the USA and allow us to enter the North American market and develop important projects common to the whole group. “The goal of Ariston Thermo is to continue its growing path,” stated Paolo Merloni, executive chairman of Ariston Thermo. With the acquisition of NTI, Ariston Thermo enters the North American market with the goal of strengthening its leadership in the global heating, water heating, and energy efficiency industry. NTI has been manufacturing in Canada for the last 49 years.
